Eric conducted a thorough analysis of our home's heating system, cleaned and reinstalled a furnace that had been disconnected for 2 1/2 years, purchased and installed new ducts and thermostat, and installed a new intake grate. Best thing about Eric is that after (very) patiently listening to a whole list of questions/issues we had in our heating systems, he gave very thorough answers and made really great suggestions in regard to resolving our heating/furnace/water heater problems. For instance, he told me what to look out for when hiring duct cleaning vendors and also gave me great advice on maintenance issues at an apartment building we own. We will have Eric install our tankless water heater at our house at a later date as well as take care of any heating and air conditioning issues at our apartment building. Highly recommended!"

"Eric installed a 95% efficient furnace (60,000 BTU) and programmable thermostat for our 1920s SF town home. We had an asbestos removal company take out most of the ducts beforehand and so Eric replaced and added several new ducts, he also removed the (very) old furnace and disposed of it. Our home is 1700 SF on 2 stories and Eric was the only contractor who quoted on a high efficiency system and he quoted the smallest one too. Other companies recommended as much as 80K BTUs and told us we could not have high efficiency furnace because it would not work in the space because there was no drainage for the necessary condensate pump. Eric was the only one who noted a drain accessible right in the light well and saw no problem. He was efficient, prompt, courteous, cleaned up his work, and was always flexible around other work going on at our house. He is a real gem and an outstanding one man show, I have no idea how one man does so much so well."

"First, the new AC is wonderful, and it works beyond my expectations. It took longer to install than expected, but that was partially because the installer was so careful with the cosmetics of hiding the cables and hoses (I did not have to pay extra, he just took the time to do a nice job). He was very careful about keeping the interior of my house clean (even taking his shoes off without being asked), and he was also friendly with my dogs and careful not to let them escape while having to maneuver gates and such. One blower unit is in my office, and he was very accommodating about when to do that so that it would not interrupt my work."
